2020/1 - Project Management Led Design Team for Irish Girl Guides New National Training Centre in Tallaght, Dublin 24

IGG is seeking to appoint a Project Management-led Integrated Multi-Disciplinary Design Team Consultancy Services to deliver all services associated with the fit out of their new new National Training Centre in Tallaght, Co. Dublin, which will deliver a modern head office, training facility and distribution centre for the Irish Girl Guides. IGG requires the services of suitably qualified and experienced professionals to provide project management and design services for the preliminary design, design, tender, construction and handover phases of the project. The successful tenderer will ensure that their personnel have all the necessary expertise and experience to ensure the project comes in on time and budget and also meets IGG’s goals for the project. The project manager is required to act as team lead throughout the project. The scope of the Contract will cover the preliminary, design and planning application, procurement of works contractor, works supervision and handover of work stages of the Project. The Integrated Design Team will be responsible for providing all construction-related technical advice and design services to the Contracting Authority in respect of the Project. The Consultant will be required to provide all services included in the Volume 3 Service Requirements.
