Property Valuation - Panel of Experts

Revenue is seeking to establish a panel comprising suitably qualified and experienced valuers to provide them with independent expert advice in relation to the valuation of residential property, commercial property and development land as appropriate, where such valuation is required for the purposes of any of the taxes and duties under the care and management of the Revenue Commissioners. Valuation” for the purposes of this panel includes market value, current use value, open market value or other value as relevant in relation to a particular tax or duty. Applications are accordingly invited from suitably qualified valuers (who may be individuals, partnerships or companies).
