CON/0024/2019 - Curragh Camp- Electronic Target Range- Civil Works

Upgrading an existing Rifle Range to an electric target range. The Works proposed will involve construction of an access road, some small buildings (single and two storey), drainage system including connection to a foul network and provision of a surface water system; site services ducting, cabling and connection to the mains electrical supply; regrading of an extensive site area and construction of earth banks using material currently stockpiled or in the vicinity of the site; constructing cast in situ concrete chambers to house equipment, complete with an electrically operated sliding steel cover system; a CCTV installation to oversee the Range area and its environs.
