EG/P&BPM/2019 - Provision of an Influencer Marketing Tool

CONTRACT AWARDED TO HIGHEST SCORING TENDERER FOLLOWING AN EVALUATION OF TENDERS RECEIVED - WINNING BIDDER = KLEAR [Twtrland Ltd]. Tourism Ireland wishes to procure an Influencer Marketing Tool. Tourism Ireland is seeking an Influencer Marketing Tool that will allow us to identify and assess influencers to work with us on campaigns, with audiences in GB, US, Canada, Australia, New Zealand, Germany, France, Italy, Spain, The Netherlands, Belgium, Sweden, Denmark, Norway, Finland. Ideally also UAE, India & China, although candidates not offering influencer contacts from these regions will not be excluded from the tender process. Tourism Ireland would require licences for 15 – 20 users, based in the above markets. The Contract Period will be for 1 year, with the option to extend annually for two [2] years, subject to budget and annual performance review, and other factors.
