The Centre of Research and Enterprise in Engineering (engCORE), based in the Institute of Technology Carlow, is a multidisciplinary research cluster that provides a focal point for the diverse research interests of the Faculty of Engineering in ITC and acts to foster and develop research related to its three thematic areas of: • Smart Materials & Mechanics • Circuits & Systems • The Intelligent Built Environment engCORE researchers bring a diverse range of research skills and industry expertise from various fields of technology through their involvement in industrial engineering and academic based projects over many years. Tenderers are sought for the supply, delivery, and installation of a mid-range static/dynamic environmentally-sensitive testing rig (comprising a 100 kN, 0.1 metre stroke actuator with control electronics, suitably configured environmental chamber, hydraulic stand and pump).
