7367 - Taxi Hire Gorey, Enniscorthy - Connolly (Dublin)
This is a call to competition by IE for the procurement of Taxi Hire for set locations outside of Dublin. (the “Contract”). Advertised on (http://www.etenders.gov.ie/) under reference 7367 - Taxi Services Gorey/Enniscorthy to Connolly (Dublin).
Irish Rail have a requirement for a taxi company to carry train drivers from one location to another from time to time. The main requirement will be a mixture of a planned taxi requirement from Gorey to Connolly Monday to Friday at approx. 2130 with exceptions which will be communicated to the successful tenderer. From time to time taxi will be required to operate from Enniscorthy to Connolly and this will also be communicated to the successful tenderer. Ad-hoc work may be called upon at short notice. Applicants must be in a position to have drivers available to carry the passenger from location to location. There is no guarantee of daily transfers. The successful tenderer must in abailable to carry drivers from one location to another to allow them carry out their duties. Failure to pick up a driver may result in a train being delayed or not running.
