The proposed upgrades and alternations are to be completed in order to upgrade the existing community centre and improve the existing facilities for the users. Works are to include; building up various openings between all-purpose areas, the provision of toilets, the replacement of windows, doors and rainwater goods, additional insulation, minor electrical works and the upgrading of the heating and ventilation system. 

You are invited to submit a fixed price lump sum tender for the works described in the documents listed hereunder;

5) Tender & Schedule 

6) Preliminary Health & Safety Plan

7) Schedule of Works

8) Tender Drawings;

A hardcopy of your Tender & Schedule (inc. Form of Tender), Programme of Works, Tax Clearance, Insurances and Detailed Tender Breakdown should be enclosed in an envelope clearly marked “Phoenix Centre, Carrickmacross, Co. Monaghan” and should be returned to Finegan & Jackson, The Stables, Drumconrath Road, Carrickmacross, Co. Monaghan, before Thursday, 31st October 2019 at 12 noon.

The winning tender will be selected solely based on the lowest price tendered.
