As part of the FET Refurbishment Plan 2019, Donegal ETB invites you to tender for the following,
Centre for Education, Kilmacrennan Road, Letterkenny, Co. Donegal - Roof Refurbishment.
Works consist of the following:
· Refurbishment of sectional pitched roof areas and cladded wall areas. Removal of existing pitched curved eaves cladded roof panelling, wall panelling, guttering and downpipes etc. replacing with insulated composite roof system with matching curved eaves, guttering, down pipes and flashings, wall panelling.
Please note these works will be required to be completed by the 20th of December 2019. Consideration should be given to working after school hours and weekends when preparing tender documentation.

Tender Returns
The latest time and date for return of Tenders is: 12 Noon, Friday 18th October 2019
Tenders must be returned using the eTenders Electronic Postbox.
All documents must be sent in - pdf format and signed by the Tenderer.
Tenders sent in any other format or emailed to another email address will be deemed to be invalid tenders. Unsigned or incorrectly signed Forms of Tender will likewise be deemed to be invalid tenders.
Queries
Queries must be submitted via the eTenders messaging facility.
All queries must be submitted as soon as possible and in any event not later than 5 working days before latest time for receipt of Tender although the Employer may at its discretion respond to queries raised after that date. If the Employer responds to a query, it will send the response to each Tenderer, unless the Tenderer asking the query has clearly designated the query as confidential and the Employer agrees that it should be treated as confidential.
Tenderers are asked to submit the following as part of their tender submission:
1. Itemised Pricing Schedule/Tender Breakdown
2. Form of Tender and Schedule
3. Contractor Declaration of Suitability
