2019 FET Gortahork Roof Repair - Roof repair works at Further Education and Training Centre, Gortahork

As part of FET Refurbishment Plan 2019, Donegal ETB invites you to tender for the following, refurbishment of 3 no roof areas at the Further Education and Training Centre, Gortahork, Co. Donegal. Works consist of the following: Refurbishment of 3no roof areas. Removal of existing pitched copper roof, guttering and down pipes etc. replacing with Zinc Standing Seam roof, guttering, down pipes and flashing etc. Remove and replace 2 no existing flat roofed areas, and finish with a single membrane at Adult Education and Training Centre, Gortahork, Co. Donegal Please note these works will be required to be completed by the 20th of December 2019. Consideration should be given to working after school hours and weekends when preparing tender documentation.
