Quantity Surveying Services on Residential Project- Pairc na gCon, Enniscorthy, Co. Wexford

Cluid are developing 52 no. social housing units through a bespoke Developer Design & Build contract at a site at Pairc Na gCon, Greenville Lane, Enniscorthy, Co Wexford. We require a Quantity Surveyor to manage the Contractor Payment Application process and validate these claims and provide Payment Recommendation to the client and Client Employers Representative. Refer to the Information Memorandum for further details. The award will be on the basis of the most economically advantageous tender received in terms of price and criteria under an Open Procedure.
