The fit out of the Old Library Building to provide new local office facilities for the Department of Employment Affairs and Social Protection over three stories (524 Sq M excluding associated services). The office layout accommodates a mixture of both open plan and cellular offices. The brief also includes work-related shared accommodation such as toilets, tea station / kitchen meeting rooms, reception areas, public waiting areas and rest room for the purposes of the Department of Employment Affairs and Social Protection. This will be a Reserved Specialists Procedure.
