Consultancy Service: Co-ordination and Completion of Due Diligence Consultancy Services, and PM Services: Design & Management of the Merger Integration Plan of Three Companies in Dublin

The service comprises Project Management, Provision of Due Diligence Services (i) Legal (ii) Financial (iii) Human Resources (iv) Commercial and (v) Design and Management of the Merger Integration Plan to achieve successful completion and integration of Three Companies in Dublin. The Services are required arising from a decision to merge three home care organisations, namely, Crumlin Home Care Service, Dublin West Home Help and Terenure Home Care Service before the end of 2019. The Services are more particularly described in Appendix 1: Requirements and Specifications.
