T.049.2018 - Request for Tender for the Provision of a Mentor Skills Development Programme for Tutor Gardaí

The requirement of this RFT is for the successful Tenderer to provide a Mentor Skills Development Programme for the Tutor Gardaí who will work with Probationer Gardaí for the 34 weeks of their Phase II training in Garda Stations throughout the country. These Tutor Gardaí are required to work with these Probationer Gardaí by mentoring and supporting the development of their skills and abilities through challenges that may face the Probationer Gardaí during the initial months of transition into their new role in the Work Based Learning environment of An Garda Síochána.
