TCC00669T - Electrical Upgrade Works to Tipperary County Council, Civic Offices, Clonmel, Co. Tipperary

 Name of the Works:   The works shall be known as ‘Electrical Upgrade Works’ for the Tipperary County Council Civic Offices, Emmet Street, Clonmel, Co. Tipperary.

 Location:   Emmet Street, Clonmel, Co. Tipperary.

 Description of the site and building:  The proposed works shall comprise the following:

  

• Modifications to the Exiting Main Distribution Board to facilitate connection of a new standby generator comprising equipment as specified elsewhere.

• New Sub Distribution Boards to replace existing comprising purpose built equipment as specified elsewhere.

 • New Stand-Alone Standby Generator comprising works and equipment as specified elsewhere.

 • Fire Alarm & Detection comprising a new main panel located in the main entrance of the new building, supply & installation of smoke and heat detectors, break glass units, sounders as indicated on the drawings and as described elsewhere.

• Power Installations shall comprise wiring to twin and single 13 amp outlets and switched spur outlets as indicated on the power and general services layouts.

• Power Wiring of Miscellaneous Items shall comprise the power wiring and lighting to miscellaneous items as noted.

• Works to Automatic Doors comprising replacement/upgrade works to existing automatic doors as described elsewhere.

• Sub Mains Cables shall comprise cabling and proper support systems as specified elsewhere.

 • Attendances on Lift Installation nominated sub-contractor.

 • Builders Work & Site Services as detailed on the Builders Work Schedule (Appendix D) and indicated on the drawings.

 • Programme of Work shall be according to the main contractors programme.

 • Storage of Goods and Plant facilities shall be provided by the contractor.

 • Brackets to support all services shall be as described elsewhere.

 • Commissioning of all plant shall be provided as specified.

 • Builders Works all as required.

 

Contractor to act as PSCS.
