20/Hous/2019 - Energy upgrades for 20 domestic properties.

Wexford County Council have identified 20 No. properties that require energy efficiency upgrades. The properties are located at: 18,19,23,24,25,27 Brendan Corish Gardens. 86 Belvedere Grove, Wexford. 9,10,11,12, St Marys Terrace. 1,2,3 Minevara Park. 1,2,3,4,&5 Crogan Close. Works will consist of; External wall insulation, Roof insulation Air to water heat pump, LED lighting, Energy monitor and Mechanically assisted powered cleanse and flush (power flushing) of system. The deadline for completion of these works is 04/10/2019.
