19008 - Upgrade works to Day Care Centre at Inverin, Co. Galway

The existing building is a single storey 258sqm day care centre. The existing building was constructed in circa 2000. Proposed works in this contract will comprise of the following; Remove and replace all existing glazing units with new triple glazed argon filled units, Replace all existing facia and soffits. Erect new boundary fencing. Construct two new parking bays with security bollards and two new electric vehicle charging points. Internally all floor finishes to be replaced as per specifications. Internal and external painting. Internal joinery including new skirtings and architraves. New fit out of existing bathrooms with lifting hoist provided in larger bathroom. Fly screens to be fitted to all new glazing opes. Exiting boiler to be moved, Boiler room upgraded regarding fire rating with new flue vent and cowl. Equipment, furniture and appliances to be supplied as per P.C. sums. Some electrical fit out in relation to fire detection and alarms along with emergency lighting as per the attached drawings. Works will also include a items to make surfaces good where works have taken place.
