The project involves the refurbishment of existing roof which includes the installation of a warm roof system over 340sq.m on a single storey building. Works also involve the application of external insulated render, window relocations within the existing wall, dry lining and internal redecoration to part of the building, also relocating some of the existing drainage gullies at the existing school at St. Fintan’s Boys NS, New Line Road, Mountrath, Co. Laois.
