Request for Tender for the Design and Delivery of a Management Development Programme for DCC Middle Managers (Level 7 and analogous)

This competition relates to the award of a single party framework agreement as follows - the Design and Delivery of a Management Development Programme for DCC Middle Managers (Level 7 and analogous). The framework duration is a maximum of 4 years. It is anticipated that up to 250 personnel will participate in the programme in groups of circa 14. However, there is no guarantee of any volume under the framework after the delivery of the first programme, anticipated to be in Quarter 4 2019.
