Shannon Heritage wishes to appoint a maximum of two (2) Catering Event companies per Lot to run various catering events with SH management team as part of a Framework Agreement. Lot 1 – Fine Dining (Castle Banquets) and large outdoor events Lot 2 – Buffet or BBQ events, Canape/finger food receptions. At the moment the service requirement is for Malahide Castle only but it is planned to hold events in Newbridge House & gardens in the future and within the current contract period. Tenderers who are successful in this competition will be asked to service any subsequent Newbridge House & Gardens event catering requirements.
