Reconfiguration works within the existing health centre to provide consultation rooms, administration area and staff rest areas. The overall GFA of the building is 1,366m2. GFA of general reconfiguration and refurbishment area is approximately 554m2. A full window replacement of the building will form part of the works. While the main works area is vacant at present, the remainder of the health centre is a live clinical environment. The works will be carried out in 3no phases under one contract.
