2019-LDR-03 Food Strategy - Development of a Strategic plan for the Mayo Food and Drink sector

There is currently no comprehensive database of all food and drink businesses operating in County Mayo. Mayo Local Action Group (LAG) and South West Mayo Development Company (SWMDC), in conjunction with Mayo Local Enterprise Office (LEO) and Mayo County Council, wish to conduct an audit of the food and drink sector in County Mayo, with the aim of developing a strategic plan for the sector to 2025. It is hoped that the strategic plan will help local agencies in informing/developing appropriate supports for current and future food and drink initiatives in the county.
