19/14 Minor Building Works - Establishment of Framework for Minor Building, Refurbishment and Repair Works

The Contracting Authority is seeking to establish a Multi-Party Framework Agreements for Minor Building and Refurbishments Works to Dun Laoghaire Rathdown County Council Housing Stock. Works typically to include: (a) General repairs and maintenance to the building fabric including minor demolitions and alternations works where applicable (b) Stripping out works of damaged finishes, carpentry, fixtures and fittings (c) Replacements of damaged or defective finishes, carpentry, fixtures and fittings (d) Painting & Decorating (internal and external) (e) General repairs and maintenance to external landscaping, paths, fences and boundary walls
