TCC00611T - Tipperary County Council - Framework for Architect Led Integrated Design Team for Minor housing Works

Tipperary County Council Housing Section (the Contracting Authority) is seeking to establish a multiparty framework for the appointment of Architect led Integrated Design Teams for Minor Housing Works. The Architect led Design Team will be asked to provide architectural services and a range of specialist skills for projects that may include, but not limited to; • Design of single houses • Design of extensions • Refurbishment of housing projects • Universal/Accessibility Design projects • Energy Efficiency projects • Conservation It is intended to run this framework for 2 years with the option to extend for a further 2 years. Other Sections of Tipperary County Council may also require Consultancy Services throughout the course of the Framework. As part of this request for tenders, a refurbishment project requiring a tender for the provision of technical services in relation to the design and approval of rehabilitation for No 1 Upper Silver Street, Nenagh has been included as part of the assessment. As part of this tender, Tipperary County Council intends to appoint the winning tender to this project and the first 8 qualifying tenderers will be appointed to a multi party framework for similarly sized refurbishment projects. Any further projects will be awarded following mini competitions between all parties on the framework.
