HSE 10185 - Provision of a National Alzheimer Café Coordinator

The Health Service Executive, on behalf of the National Dementia Office, seeks to engage external support to deliver the national co-ordination of the Alzheimer Café Network. This will involve supporting existing Alzheimer Cafés and working with communities of interest to support the establishment of additional Alzheimer Cafés, specifically targeting areas where there is little or no additional dementia-specific community-based services or supports. It is anticipated that the project will commence by 31st July 2019, but no later than 1st September 2019, unless otherwise agreed. Tenderers should note that the project should be completed within a 15-month timeframe, and the successful Tenderer must ensure the network is self-sustaining after the 15-month contract has been completed. The HSE seeks to achieve value for money in line with the current budgetary constraints and wishes to indicate that it has an extremely limited budget available for this project. Tenderers must be cognisant of these budgetary constraints in costing their tender submissions, as the maximum available budget for this project is €70,000 exclusive of VAT, and must include all project related travel and expenses.
