HM0076 - Domestic energy and Environmental Measuring, Monitoring and Reporting System

Cork City Council is actively engaged in the deep energy retrofitting of its social housing stock. As part of the project it plans to install an energy and environmental measuring, monitoring and reporting system to study the impacts such works have on the residents energy consumption and costs and on the environment within the home.
