TCC00565 - Provision of a Landscape Architect Led Design Team for the design of a themed Town Park at St. Patricks Rock, Cashel, Co. Tipperary

Tipperary County Council requires the services of a consultant to prepare a detailed design for a new themed Town Park incorporating a new visitor experience at St. Patricks Rock, Cashel, Co. Tipperary. The project also includes for enhancement works to a number of car parks serving the Rock/Town Centre and small sections of public road. The Consultant, which will comprise a Design Team led by a Landscape Architect, will be experienced in the design and layout of high quality town parks including all associated elements as described, and will provide all necessary consultancy design services such as landscape architecture, storytelling and copywriting, civil/structural engineering including, surface water management and services, archaeology including testing and impact assessment, quantity surveying, topographical survey and geophysical survey and all other consultancy services necessary for the performance of the services described in the RFT
