7133 - National Train Control Centre (NTCC) - Building Construction
To whom it may concern,
For the purpose of this RFT 145088 – 7133 Applicants when submitting their PQQ must name the M&E contractor who they intend to contract with should the Applicant be successful in being awarded the contract. (Part 1 section 1.14)
For the purpose of this PQQ the Applicant can name only One (1) M&E contractor and in this regard the Applicant must submit with this PQQ a legally binding Letter of Undertaking / Letter of Support from the named M&E contractor stating that should the Applicant be successful and be awarded the Contract, they, the M&E contrtactor will provide all the necessary resources and support to the Applic
The Letter must be duly signed by a person authorised to sign on behalf of the M&E contractor and must reference the M&E contractors details, the resources that will be made available to the Applicant including reference to the project as specified on the cover of this PQQ.
