Establishment of a Multi Operative Framework Agreement for a Credit Control Service Provider

Dublin City Council proposes to establish a Framework Agreement for an external Credit Control Service Provider for the Local Enterprise Office (LEO) Dublin City. The period of the established Framework Agreement will be for one (1) year initially, with an option to extend annually for up to three (3) years, at the sole discretion of Dublin City Council, subject to a maximum of four (4) years in total, subject to satisfactory performance, continued business needs and budget constraints.
