Relocation / Move Management Services

IDA Ireland’s current HQ is located in Wilton Park House, Wilton Place, Dublin 2. The lease on this building expires in November 2019 with no opportunity for renewal. It is therefore necessary that IDA seeks to relocate its HQ facility and operations before the lease expiry date. Following a comprehensive commercial and procurement process, IDA has secured Three Park Place on Upper Hatch Street, Dublin 2 as its new Global HQ. IDA Ireland now invites tenders from suitable parties to assist with the development and implementation of a comprehensive move plan to assist with its upcoming relocation to Three Park Place. It is envisaged that IDA’s physical relocation will take place from August 2019 (subject to change) and will be phased over an appropriate time period (to be ascertained). Specific details of IDA’s new office accommodation will be provided to the successful tenderer. In advance of the physical move there will be a number of move related tasks / plans required to ensure an efficient, cost effective and seamless move to the new building. There is approximately 200 IDA staff in Wilton Park House (a 6 storey building of which IDA occupy the entire 4th, 5th, 6th floors and a section of the 2nd floor). In addition, IDA has a number of assets in the demised areas of its sub tenants which will also have to be accounted for. Full details of such assets & tenancies will be provided to the successful tenderer following appointment. For the avoidance of doubt IDA is requiring consultancy support services to develop a customised move plan, support its full implementation including for an asset management strategy and to manage the appropriate procurement process associated with IDA’s physical relocation to Three Park Place.
