Catering Services Concession - CIT CCAD Catering Services Concession

This Request for Tender (RFT) invites suitably qualified suppliers to provide catering services, under a Catering Services Concession, for CIT Crawford College of Art and Design’s city center campuses, located at Sharman Crawford Street, Sober Lane and Grand Parade. CIT Crawford College of Art & Design (CCAD) is a vibrant multi-campus College, which has been providing education in the arts for over 200 years. Crawford graduates are among Ireland’s top artists, designers, media designers and communicators, art therapists and art educationalists. Undergraduate programs are offered in Fine Art or Contemporary Applied Art, Visual Communications or Creative Digital Media and opportunities for postgraduate study exist in Art Therapy, Art & Design Education, Art & Process, E-learning Design and Development, Journalism and Public Relations with New Media. CIT CCAD’s main city center campus is in the Sharman Crawford Street building, which houses the canteen and kitchen, but there are also campuses nearby, on Sober Lane and at Number 46 Grand Parade. Approximately 200 full-time and 100 part-time students are based in Sharman Crawford Street, with a further 150 based in the Sober Lane and Grand Parade campuses. The Institute wishes to appoint a resource to provide catering services to students, staff and visitors to the canteen at Sharman Crawford Street, including hot and cold drinks, snacks, hot and cold lunches and occasionally drinks, canapes and/or dinners for events, which may be at any of the three city center campuses. The service provider shall be a registered Food Business Operator (FBO).
