34/Hous/2018 - Proposed Excavation and Disposal of a spoil heap at Clonard Little, Wexford Town to a Single Licensed Facility in County Wexford.

Wexford County Council requires the removal and disposal off site of a spoil heap consisting of subsoil and construction rubble. The spoil heap has been surveyed and trial holed (a survey drawing and trial hole report is included in the drawing pack) and amounts to 12,261m3 spread over an approx. area of 4,834m2. The spoil heap contains subsoil along with construction debris (concrete, stones, filling etc.) No hazardous material is contained within the heap. The spoil heap is located adjacent Wexford Retail Park and is accessed via an unfinished roadway. (See location map issued as part of the drawings). The contractors must remove the spoil heap off site and dispose of it in accordance with the Construction and Health and Safety Regulations. Only Licensed Tips and dumps approved by Wexford County Council are to be used.
