The provision of Technical Support for DAFM’s Citrix-based EMM Solution

The department currently uses XenMobile(10.8.0.23) with a Netscaler(11.1 Build 56.19) as its Enterprise Mobility Management(EMM) solution. This is an on-Premise implementation with currently over 500 mobile devices enrolled and there is an ongoing project to enroll the remaining mobile phones circa. 500 devices. The Citrix applications currently deployed are Secure Mail, Secure Web and QuickEdit. The Department requires 2nd and 3rd level technical support for the XenMobile MDM in the form of a helpdesk and onsite support for the term as specified in section 1.4 of this RFT. The helpdesk will not be used for certain changes in the XenMobile environment as these are carried out in-house.
