Cost Rental Residential Project - Dublin City Council is launching the Cost Rental Residential Project.

Dublin City Council intends to initiate a tender competition for a Cost Rental Residential Project on Council owned Lands, Dublin City Council is launching the Cost Rental Residential Project. Dublin City Council will provide sites within its administrative area at below market value to Economic Operators for the delivery of private Build to Rent apartment schemes. The Economic Operators will undertake to provide the built apartment units to rent on the private market at a below market rent for an agreed fixed period. The initial project will be for lands at Main Street, Ballymun, Dublin 9. c, 2.8acres.
