THR039C - Request for Tenders for the provision of an Employee Engagement Scheme for the Office of Government Procurement

The Department of Public Expenditure and Reform wishes to establish a Single Supplier Contract for the provision of an Employee Engagement Scheme. A key strategic objective identified by the Office of Government Procurement is to develop our own People Strategy aligned to the overarching strategic Civil Service People Strategy 2017 – 2020. As part of that implementation, OGP wishes to introduce an Employee Engagement Scheme, ensuring that all OGP employees have a voice in shaping their employee experience that contributes to a positive working environment.
