Detailed description:

Tenders are invited for the Supply and Delivery of a Surface Plasmon Resonance (SPR) machine and Software for the Applied Biochemistry Group in the School of Biotechnology, DCU. This proposal has been created to facilitate supply of a SPR machine, which allows the valid, accurate and reliable measurement of label-free molecular interactions. A system that allows affinity and kinetic measurements of interactions in real time at a range of temperatures is required. A system which allows protein interactions that can used to determine active protein concentration by using a calibration free concentration analysis module would be desirable. Single cycle kinetics, solvent correction capability, multiple surface functions and an in-line de-gasser would also be desirable. User-friendly evaluation software with automate QC-tolls is also required.
