The work covered by the Works Requirements and Pricing Document comprises the construction of a 5 No. residential terraced, two-storey units and all associated site works, drainage and landscaping at Sycamore Avenue, Rathbane, Limerick. The Contractor should be aware of the fact that there are residential dwellings in the vicinity of the site which offer the risk of minors attempting to gain unauthorised entry to the site both during and outside normal working hours. The Contractor is to make every effort to ensure that the site remains secure at all times.
