A1 Youth Training Programme - Youth Diversity and Citizenship Training Project

The expert services of a suitably qualified organisation(s) or collaboration of organisations from the public, private, or community & voluntary sector are required to develop a programme of three intensive youth training programmes of cross border and cross community activities to develop a greater understanding and respect for diversity, access new opportunities and become active citizens. The Programme will create a greater understanding of youth work in diverse society, encourage groups to identify barriers to participation from minority marginalized communities and increase participation from minority/marginalized communities. There will be a particular focus on facilitating and encouraging the involvement of young people from minority and marginalized communities.
