Replacement of passenger lifts (4) at Enterprise Ireland's office at East Point Business Park

To fully replace the existing passenger lifts at Blocks P4A & P4C East Point Business Park Dublin 3 to meet modern standards and in compliance with all current Irish and European Lift Regulations where possible. The project will be phased over a two year period. The lift replacement project shall be carried out as a complete turnkey project and the successful lift contractor shall be appointed as the main contractor responsible for PSCS to include all associated builders works, decorative finishes mechanical and electrical works necessary to complete this project. The project involves the full replacement of four passenger lifts the new lifts shall have a capacity of 800 kg 10 person at 1.00 m/s with an option for increase speed and larger capacity of 1000 kg 13 person. The new lifts shall comply with the current EN81 regulation and part Part M building regulations as outlined in the technical specification Volume B.2 All works shall be carried out in accordance with General Principles of Prevention and Schedule 1 of the Safety Health and Welfare at Work (Construction) Regulations 2013 (SI 291). The project shall commence immediately on appointment of the successful Lift Contractor. Detailed GA drawings for the lifts and the builders work will be required within (2) two weeks of appointment. The Lift Contractor will be responsible for checking, approving against existing site conditions and signing off on all drawings.
