HM07 -2018 - Landscaping Maintenance Galway County Council Estates
Tender for Landscape Maintenance NORTH 2018-2020
Tenders are invited from Suitably Experienced Landscapers for the Maintenance of Landscape in housing Estates throughout County Galway for 2018-2020.
The County has been split up into three areas, North, South+East and West. Each Area must be submitted as an individual Tender in a sealed envelope and clearly marked as directed in the tender documents. Access to the Estates, will be readily available. The Open Areas are noted and clearly hatched on the drawings.
Find below a list of documents to be submitted to form a valid Tender submission:
- Completed Services RFT (One per Contractor)
- Completed Pricing Document (One for each Lot)
- Completed SF 08 Sub-Contractor Health & Safety Assessment Competency Form along with all supporting documentation (One per Contractor)
- Statement of previous experience similar to the tendered works . (One per Contractor)
- Completed Method Statement which will include a programme of works, outlining time management for the works, Health and Safety management of the works and the resources allocated to the works. (One for each Lot)

The Freedom of Information (FOI) Acts, 1997 and 2003 applies to Galway County Council. If a Contractor considers that any of the information supplied by him/her is either commercially sensitive or confidential in nature, it should be identified and the reasons for its sensitivity specified. In such cases, the relevant material may, subject to the provisions of the Act, be protected from access in response to FOI requests.
