Detailed description:

Wexford County Council have identified 36 No. properties that are in need of energy efficiency upgrades. The properties are located in Brendan Corish Gardens, Wexford Co. Wexford (18 No.), Marion Row, Wexford, Co. Wexford (4 No.), St. Josephs Park, Enniscorthy, Co. Wexford (4 No.), Ounavarra, Ballycanew, Gorey, Co. Wexford (3 No.) and Fr. Cullen Terrace, New Ross, Co. Wexford (7 No.). Works will consist of; external insulation installation, roof insulation, full window and external door replacement, mechanically assisted powered cleanse and flush of existing heating system and LED lighting upgrade. The deadline for completion of these works is 28/09/2018.
