Evaluation Expert for Kerry & Cork Creative Mentoring Programme for Arts Festivals The service requirement is the delivery of a written evaluation and a detailed report inclusive of an evaluation template that will be used moving forward for arts festivals. This evaluation will consider the process used to deliver the current Creative Mentoring Programme, and its impact on the six Art festivals in the programme.
