Technical Services for the Policy Unit in Irish Aid

Consultancy services are now required by Irish Aid for specific technical support in the areas outlined in the Terms of Reference. The engagement will include; • Providing professional expert technical services to the Policy Unit in relation to policy work in thematic areas relevant to Irish Aid, with a particular emphasis on technical issues relating to the areas outlined in the TOR . • Providing specific expert technical services as required for Irish Aid engagement in Key Partner Countries in the areas outlined in the TOR . • Attending relevant fora in relation to the above areas, as required. • Providing external expert analysis and briefings as required.
