The proposed works include for: - The installation of additional insulation to the flat roof - The installation of a new waterproof membrane - Remedial works to existing plastered walls / lead flashing junctions - Remedial works to all existing rain water goods - Raising of upstands to existing roof lights and ventilation cowls and new flashings to same.
