SCC2018/006 - Provision of Heritage Programme Facilitation

Sligo County Council has secured EU Funding for its Peace IV Programme. The Project is supported by the European Union’s Peace IV Programme, managed by the Special EU Programmes Body (SEUPB), Sligo County is seeking to appoint a competent supplier to deliver the facilitation on the Heritage Programme Project under the Building Positive Relations theme. The Heritage Programme Project will involve the establishment and facilitation of a group representative of Peace IV target groups (of which 10% should be from Protestant community) and from heritage/history groups. Outputs will include: - delivery of heritage education and outreach programme via talks/lectures/discussions and workshops. - organisation and facilitation of a series of cross border exchanges between Co. Sligo and N. Ireland. - delivery of an exhibition and publication showcasing and documenting the physical heritage infrastructure of political significance in Co. Sligo and the links to communities and peace building.
