Cleaning Services for the National Paediatric Hospital Development Board (NPHDB) Offices at Herberton, Dublin 8

National Paediatric Hospital Development Board (NPHDB) (“the Client”) seeks Tenders for the provision of Cleaning Services at NCH Offices, Block A, Herberton, St. James Walk, Rialto, Dublin 8. Office Location: NCH Office, Block A, Herberton, St. James’s Walk, Rialto, Dublin 8 All tasks listed below should be completed on a daily basis unless stated as weekly. Reception Area and Visitor Room 1. Empty waste receptacles and replace liners. Wash as needed 2. Vacuum/mop all floors 3. Dust all horizontal services of reception desk, chairs, tables and other furniture (including Model) 4. Damp wipe all horizontal surfaces with disinfectant 5. Ensure all reception furniture is clean, removing any marks/stains as necessary with appropriate cleaning products 6. Remove any cobwebs from front entry and immediate surrounding areas 7. Remove fingerprints and marks from around light switches and door frames 8. Spot clean walls and painted surfaces 9. Ensure all areas are clean and neatly arranged Boardroom and Meeting Rooms 1. Remove all rubbish from the meeting rooms 2. Empty waste receptacles and replace liners. Wash as needed 3. Remove any tea/coffee flasks from meetings rooms and return to canteen for collection by catering staff 4. Vacuum floors 5. Dust all horizontal surfaces of chairs, tables and other furniture 6. Damp wipe all horizontal surfaces, all surfaces, including telephone, should be cleaned with disinfectant on a weekly basis. 7. Remove fingerprints and marks from around light switches and door frames 8. Spot clean walls and painted surfaces 9. Empty watercooler drip tray as required 10. Ensure all areas are clean and all furniture is neatly arranged. NPH and CHG Office Areas 1. Collect and remove all used cups/plates/bowels and cutlery from Executive team desks to the kitchen to be cleaned. 2. Empty waste receptacles and replace liners. Wash as needed 3.
