LEE002F - Multi-Supplier Framework Agreement for the Supply and Associated Service of Laboratory & Medical Gases and Accessories

The Education Procurement Service, EPS, acting as the central procurement body with responsibility for the Laboratory Category, on behalf of public sector bodies, invites responses ("Tenders") to this Request for Tenders ("RFT") from economic operators ("Tenderers") for participation in a Multi-Supplier Framework Agreement divided in various lots for the supply of the Goods & Associated Service ("Framework Agreement") as described in Appendix 1 to this RFT, "Requirements and Specifications" ("the Goods"). The EPS is acting as the Contracting Authority for this Framework Agreement and is co-ordinating and undertaking the tender process as a central procurement body on behalf of the Public Sector Bodies participating in this Framework. The title of this RFT is "Request-for-Tenders to Establish a Multi-Supplier Framework Agreement for the Supply and Associated Service of Laboratory & Medical Gases and Accessories ("RFT Title"). The EPS invites suppliers to submit tenders for the Supply and Associated Service of Laboratory & Medical Gases and Accessories. The intention is to establish an multi-supplier framework agreement (FWA) across six lots: - Lot 1 Standard Gases - Lot 2 Medical Gases - Lot 3 Research & Special Gases - Lot 4 Dry Ice & Storage Containers - Lot 5 Bulk Gases - Lot 6 Ancillary Equipment & Accessories The purpose of this Competition is to establish a Multi-Supplier Framework Agreement with all qualified tenderers to supply the Goods as set out in this RFT.
