The scope of the Mechanical works shall consist of in summary: • Full LPHW heating installation fed from central plant consisting of condensing gas fired boilers and heat pumps and gas fired CHP. • A domestic water services installation. The domestic hot water heater cold feed shall be pre-heated by the roof mounted air source heat pumps via the heat pump buffer vessel prior to delivery to the hot water storage vessel. • Mechanical ventilation installation • Above ground soils and waste installation. • Fit out of a new plantroom including boilers, CHP unit, buffer and storage vessels, pumps, TMVs, control and safety devices. • Mechanical plant control panel incorporating BMS panel. • Site services natural gas services. • Supply and installation of fire-fighting equipment. • Provision of Operating and Maintenance manuals and presentation of mechanical systems to client at series of client handover seminars.
