Architect Led Full Design Team Services for Clones Renewal Project. The proposed development incorporates a total of approximately 20 number 1 &2 Bedroom apartments in the Clones area of County Monaghan. The approximate allocation will be 90% 2 Bedroom and 10% 1 Bedroom apartments in 6 individual projects however this may evolve into different ratios as the project progresses. The selected consultants design team shall also be responsible to take up roles of Designer, Architectural (including Landscape Architectural services), Quantity Surveying, Mechanical & Electrical Engineering, Civil & Structural Engineering (including Land Surveying, Geotechnical Surveying services), Fire Engineering, BER Assessor - Provisional & Final (including Air Tightness Testing) BER Certificates/Reports Project Supervisor for the Design Process (PSDP), Assigned Certifier and Designer Certifier.
