Framework Agreement for Works Contractors for Pyrite Remediation Scheme

Housing Agency as the Contracting Authority proposes to establish and operate a Framework Agreement for Works Contractors Pyrite Remediation Works. The proposed work is to remediate the damage caused by Pyrite to Dwellings as defined in Pyrite Remediation Scheme. While the Contracting Authority intends to award all contracts through either Lot 1 or Lot 2 of this framework agreement it reserves the right to award contracts outside of this framework agreement at their discretion.
