Instructions to Tenderers

 

 

 

Please note the following:

 

 

 

The premises may be inspected by arrangement with the myself or Gary Falconer (Tel: 051 878888).  Please do not arrive at the premises without prior appointment.

 

 

 

Please note you will be required to include for the role of PSCS and produce the Safety Plan at the end of the works.

 

 

 

Please note that it will be a condition that before a contractor may be appointed for this project that the successful tenderer shall produce within seven days of request evidence that the required insurance cover is in force, that the contractor is fully tax compliant and any other requirements of the Contract.

 

Tender Returns

 

The returned tender is to be in a sealed envelope clearly marked “Tender” with job description displayed, and must arrive at the offices of: C.J. Falconer & Associates, St. Patrick’s House, Newtown, Waterford City, X91 RR76 not later than 12:00noon on Friday 16^th February 2018.
